At Knot Trendy™, every piece is crafted with intention, quality, and care. Because our items are

produced in limited quantities, we have a strict return policy to protect both our customers and our small

business.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

- Tags must be attached

- No makeup, deodorant, lotion, perfume, or stains

- No smells, damage, or alterations

- Must include original packaging (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Sale or discounted items (including Black Friday & holiday sales)

- Pre-orders

- Bodysuits, leggings, and intimate garments

- Accessories

- Items purchased with a promo code of 20% or more

- Gift cards

Return Window

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.Once approved, returns must be mailed back within 5 days.

Shipping Costs

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Knot Trendy™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with:

- Your order number

- A photo of the issue

- A photo of the packing slip

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for store credit to be issued after the return is received and inspected.
