At Knot Trendy™, every piece is crafted with intention, quality, and care. Because our items are produced in limited quantities, we have a strict return policy to protect both our customers and our small business.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must be attached
No makeup, deodorant, lotion, perfume, or stains
No smells, damage, or alterations
Must include original packaging (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or discounted items (including Black Friday & holiday sales)
Pre-orders
Bodysuits, leggings, and intimate garments
Accessories
Items purchased with a promo code of 20% or more
Gift cards
Return Window
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, returns must be mailed back within 5 days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Knot Trendy™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with:

A photo of the issue
A photo of the packing slip
Processing Time
Please allow 5 business days for store credit to be issued after the return is received and inspected.
